Department of Commerce The Department of Commerce offers a Developer Services Program that helps large real estate projects get through the approval and regulatory process more easily by connecting Developers to key City departments through Developer Services Committee Meetings. The Real Estate Development team can also serve as liaisons throughout the development process. This service is especially useful for developers unfamiliar with the City approval process.

Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) The Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) has compiled an online database – or registry- of certified M/W/DSBEs. Companies that register with OEO can benefit from the City's efforts to increase participation of M/W/DSBEs in City contracting because City departments use the OEO Registry when purchasing goods and services. Joining the OEO Registry is free.
